All Return Goods are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. Please contact us to initiate the return process and to receive an RMA number and return instructions. Return goods must be return shipped by the customer to the original shipping location. Failure to follow RMA shipping instructions will result in additional charges. Returned product(s) will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Returned product(s) must be of current design, in full box quantities, in resalable condition, and purchased from Americas Belting within the last 1 years. Please refer to the date code located on each label to determine if the goods are less than 1 years old.
